About Us

Settlers' Days Inc.

The first Settlers' Days was held in 1971. Richard Mikyska and Jim Sweet gave the event its name. Dee Schafer designed the event logo, still in use today. Settlers' Days and all events are sponsored by the community and the donations received.

Settlers' Days, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation separate and apart from the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Marengo.
